Enrico Ceci started out in the antiques business in 1975, continuing the work his family had begun in 1950. Since 1985, Ceci has specialised in the trade of antique frames from the 16th to the 18th century. Great collectors, merchants, and large companies, as well as important international museums and public and private institutions, are counted amongst the gallery's clientele. Enrico Ceci has participated in a number of major art and antique events, including the Biennale di Antiquariato in Florence, Arte e Collezionismo at the Palazzo Venezia, The Milano International Antiques Show in Milan, Paris Tableau at the Palais Brongniart in Paris from 2012 to 2016, Paris Tableau at the Patinoire Royale in Bruxelles in 2017 and Flashback in Torino 2017 and 2018, and TEFAF 2020. Ceci is a member of the Antiquarian Association of Italy, and was appointed a Commander of the Italian Republic in 1999.
