Established in 1984, Trinity Fine Art has earned a reputation as a leading destination for exceptional works of art. As a dealer and consultant specialising in European sculpture and works of art, Old Master drawings and paintings from the Renaissance to the nineteenth century our clients include some of the world’s major museums as well as many foremost private collections.
In 2016 ownership of Trinity Fine Art passed to Carlo Orsi, one of the most respected Italian art dealers in Milan and former Chairman of the Association of Italian Antique Dealers (AAI) and the company is now based in elegant premises at 15 Old Bond Street, London. Alexandra Toscano, who has been with the company since 1988, remains at the helm as a director and is also Vice Chairman of London Art Week. Walter Padovani, also a leading Italian dealer and Vice Chairman of AAI, continues his association with the Trinity Fine Art as does founder member Jonathan Mennell. We are also pleased to welcome our most recent associate Amedeo Porro who specialises in modern Italian art.
The gallery provides a relaxed atmosphere in which to view works of art and holds regular exhibitions, with accompanying catalogues. We exhibit at the principal art fairs and have contributed important research and collaborated with other galleries and museum exhibitions, particularly those documenting the production of the Valadier workshop and the manufacture of porcelain sculpture at the Ginori factory in Doccia.
Trinity Fine Art was established in 1984 by John Winter, Jonathan Mennell and Jock Palmer, all former directors of Sotheby’s in London and Italy. It has gained the respect and loyalty of clients and colleagues for the rigour, attention and discretion of service.
