Carlo Milano has a scholarly background, which influences his choices and his approach to dealing, with a taste for unusual and sophisticated works of art, and a great attention to research. Among his discoveries are masterpieces of Italian sculpture sold to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and to prestigious private collections worldwide. He continues to research and publish, especially on Italian 17th and 18th century sculpture, has written numerous papers and collaborated to exhibitions at the Victoria and Albert Museum and at the National Gallery.

Tatiana Palinkasev began her career in Old Masters and gradually moved to modern and contemporary art. She is a curator and a producer of exhibitions and multimedia events.  She has curated exhibitions on Korean art at the Saatchi Gallery and culture and media festivals at the Riverside Studios in London.
